Rebuilt this structure to both provide shelter from the elements and bring character to the front of this home. The old was starting to warp from the large span and not having proper sized dimensional lumber for structure. Wrapped all structural components with primed cedar and installed MDO board on soffits. Included vinyl lactic and two coats of fresh paint for low maintenance.
