A full exterior transformation from neglected home to a modern farmhouse in Norwood . We installed Polaris Renovation foam back siding and vinyl cedar shake as an accent to the Blue Ridge color siding. All siding was manufactured by Polaris. “Kleer” PVC trim was used to case out all windows, trim, and soffit on porch. RDI composite Transform railing was used on the porch for a maintenance free long term railing option. Deckorators Tongue and Groove composite decking was used to continue the maintenance free theme. Metal roof Advantage Lock II manufactured by Union Corrugating was installed on this project. All products came from local Cincinnati distributor Modern Builders Supply.
