What Storm Damage Usually Means
Storm damage is not one job. It is whichever parts of the outside of your house took the hit. Usually it is one of three.
The roof. Depending on what we find, that is either a repair or a full replacement. We will tell you which, and we will tell you if a repair is not worth doing.
The siding. Hail is hard on siding, and a hail-damaged wall often needs replacing rather than patching. If it is a repair, matching the existing siding is the main problem to solve.
The gutters. Gutters take a beating in a storm and they are often the cheapest thing on the list to put right.

We come out and look at the damage, and we give you a written, itemised estimate for the work.
That estimate is yours. You can hand it to your insurance company, and most people do.
What we don't
We do not file your claim for you, we do not negotiate your settlement, and we are not your advisor on an insurance matter. That is not a contractor’s job.
If you want someone to represent you with your insurer, what you want is a licensed public insurance adjuster, which we are not.
What we are is the people who do the work, and who can put a price on it in writing.
We Are Here Before and After the Storm

Do you do emergency or after-hours work?
No. We work Monday to Saturday, 8am to 7pm. If your roof is open to the weather tonight, you need an emergency service, and we would rather tell you that now than take the call and leave you waiting.
Will you deal with my insurance company?
We will give you a written, itemised estimate for the work, and you can give that to your insurer. We do not file claims, negotiate settlements or advise on insurance. If you want someone to represent you with your insurer, that is a licensed public insurance adjuster.
